It's frustrating that my clients receive these error emails and have to forward them to me. I would rather be notified first so I can fix the issue. I chose Sendible for its price, functionality, and customer service. The salesperson who gave me the demo and free trial was very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I switched to Sendible because we needed to post directly to Instagram, a feature that Social Report lost.
