I find SurveyLab to be excellent due to its user-friendly interface, efficient design tool, and multilingual setup. The support, both technical and commercial, is incredibly fast and efficient. I can't think of anything I dislike about it, which would make me a tough customer. Given its cost, it's certainly a top-tier solution. I switched to SurveyLab from Survey Monkey, which was subpar in terms of multilingual support and survey management. I've also used Qualtrics, but it was too expensive for a company with average or low volume.
