Essential for Small Businesses
I frequently use WhatsApp to broadcast promotions to my customers and used to spend a lot of time searching for my groups as I could only pin 3 groups at the top of my list. Vepaar allows me to place multiple groups consecutively, enabling me to send out messages within minutes. The CRM is useful for storing customer contacts, noting their preferences, and sorting, filtering, and following up with them. The quick replies save me a lot of time as many responses are similar, allowing me to respond almost immediately without having to type them out. I haven't explored all the features yet, but I must say this is a fantastic product for people who run small businesses like me.
