Once I had everything set up and linked my bank account, using WISE was seamless and easy, taking only a few minutes. The conversion rates were consistently better than sending a wire through a bank. My only issue was that a recipient I frequently sent payments to disappeared from my recipient list, requiring me to re-enter all their information. My overall experience with Wise has been positive. It has enhanced our ability to locate our product, pick, pull, cycle count, and process orders more efficiently. The system can handle various types of orders across different locations and environments. I particularly appreciate the software's flexibility, which allows us to add extra functionality to the base product. This adaptability helps us to customize the software to meet our operational goals. However, I'm not a fan of the reporting build outs. The system's pre-set reports are not user-friendly, and we found that exporting the data was faster for our end users when we tried to develop more advanced reporting.

I believe Wise is an excellent alternative to PayPal, especially for receiving payments from abroad or when I prefer not to share my actual bank details.
