    During our initial decision-making and system transition phase, I found the WorkDove team to be extremely helpful. They were always ready to answer questions or make adjustments, and played a crucial role in translating old practices to the new system to avoid staff confusion. The software is incredibly intuitive and easy for all staff to use. If we can't figure something out, the chat help feature is very handy. We can even create and add our own topics if necessary. Everything is online, eliminating the need for paper forms. The only challenge we faced was shifting our thinking about goal weighting from a percentage system to a ranked system. However, this was more of a change in our perspective rather than a software drawback. We chose WorkDove mainly for its affordability. It was one of the most cost-effective options that still provided all the employee and administrator content we needed, plus some features we didn't know we needed, like matrices for employee reviews and single sign-on.
