Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts easy to do (and do quickly) because you can schedule an entire week's worth of posts in advance, view all your channels from one dashboard to monitor engagement, and have a more in-depth analysis to track your success and results. If you are a small business, you can schedule all your weekly posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (all three in just one mouse click!) for the week in about an hour, giving you time to do other important things.
In addition to Zoho Social, we also recommend Hootsuite for inexpensiveness, ease of use, and comprehensive reporting capabilities, but mostly for its analytics. Zoho Social offers excellent scheduling and reporting that can accurately help track performance and successes, but many users like the look of the Hootsuite dashboard better and find their use of integrations with third-party platforms easier and more seamless. One more drawback is it can be more expensive than Zoho Social. I find Sendible to offer all the functionality I need at a much lower price compared to bigger platforms like Sprout Social and Soci. I am particularly impressed with their excellent customer service. However, I have issues with not being notified via email about bounced posts. It's frustrating that my clients receive these error emails and have to forward them to me. I would rather be notified first so I can fix the issue. I chose Sendible for its price, functionality, and customer service. The salesperson who gave me the demo and free trial was very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I switched to Sendible because we needed to post directly to Instagram, a feature that Social Report lost. The vendor responded to my review, saying they are looking at ways to improve the bounced notifications.
