New Laundry Business Owners, Fear Not!
I've been using CleanCloud to manage and expand my successful business. It's been crucial in analyzing my business performance and simplifying decision-making. I remember a time when an employee suggested we needed two more of a certain equipment due to demand. However, after checking the item's history in the software, I realized we only needed one. This software keeps me in control of my business. I've been running my business for two years and even opened a second shop in 2018. However, there's no inventory management system, so I have to manually manage it with paper and my employees email me the inventory sheet daily. This isn't the 2018 I envisioned. Despite this, the software is great and I see a lot of potential in it. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me and informing me that CleanCloud now has an Inventory Management system as of April 2018.

Excellent Software, Outstanding Value
I had a fantastic experience with CleanCloud. I'm a big fan of their team and their constant improvements. The competition from other software companies has pushed them to elevate their performance, and it's evident. The product is continually improving and they provide excellent customer service. The software functions well and offers a good level of customization. I value the multi-store access, multiple user accounts, and the pricing is just right. They offer comprehensive reporting and it's quite user-friendly. However, I'm unable to customize where notifications are sent and I wish there was an option for text notifications for orders. This makes using services like doordash challenging if it's not consistently monitored, especially when multiple people are involved. The custom app isn't fully customizable and is somewhat limited. There's also an issue where people can place orders with a non-working credit card. I chose CleanCloud for its price, features, and app.
