01 Is Calendly any Good? My expert Review
As someone who regularly organizes meetings and appointments, Calendly made my scheduling life much easier. Using Calendly has really been helpful when coordinating with multiple time zones, because it adjusts each meeting time to each person's local calendar. This is especially helpful when doing webinars internationally, as the scheduling all becomes much more streamlined with Calendly.
One feature I enjoy is using Calendly in conjunction with my Google Calendar. This way I don't have to worry about accidentally scheduling overlapping appointments. I also like the customizable notification reminders, which have contributed to a decline in client no-shows. Clients report they appreciate these timely reminders as they have found reminding notifications helpful.
That said, in my experience, I have not been overly impressed with Calendly. On one occasion, I tried contacting support for urgent assistance regarding payment verification for an upgraded plan. Responses were generic and not timely, which was frustrating because of the urgency I was working with.
Also while I found Calendly to be user-friendly for standard scheduling services, I did some significant hiccups when I tried to do advanced customization, specifically for managing availability exceptions or overriding dates, which always required adjustments since I was unable to change anything from within Calendly.
Overall, my review of Calendly would still be positive due to easy of use and dependability in managing day-to-day scheduling tasks on top of the robust security that my and my clients' data is protected with. I will say it has some short comings with their support responsiveness and advanced customization, but Calendly has been such a huge support tool that has made my days more productive and organized.

I find Calendly useful for basic tasks, but it falls short for more serious usage due to missing important features or not functioning as expected. For instance, SMS notifications only allow one-time guest reconfirmation per address, and I can't book a meeting from the admin page. The chat support is merely a basic AI chatbot. Overall, while it's affordable and the SMS notifications justify the cost, I believe it could be significantly improved.

Fantastic! Calendly has given me a lot of time back in my day! There are numerous reasons why Calendly is my top choice for my organization, but the most significant one is the ease of real-time scheduling. Everyone can easily see when I have meeting times without waiting for an email response. Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about it yet. Calendly has been a game changer for my scheduling needs. I switched to Calendly because the sign-up process didn't allow for real-time edits, which made scheduling with outside organizations difficult.
