I would absolutely give Echelon a five-star rating if I could! Their customer service is truly commendable. I purchased a bike from them three months ago and although there was a minor issue, their proactive approach to resolving it has been impressive. They've been consistently offering to send parts for repair, and even though there were a few mix-ups, their dedication to getting it right is noteworthy. They even proposed a replacement with a different model, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. The issue is still being worked on, but their relentless efforts to rectify the situation have been truly admirable.
