    The echolon software is currently serving its purpose for me, but I'll need to upgrade soon. I need a software that provides a comprehensive staffing package, capable of managing payroll and tracking all HR information. It's user-friendly and affordable for small companies like mine with few users. The text messaging feature is a game changer and extremely useful. However, the job posting tool is ineffective, attracting only 2-3 applicants per week, which led me to subscribe to Zip. I try to import as many resumes as possible, but many fail to get through or aren't parsed correctly. All features are add-ons with this software, which can be both a benefit and a drawback. Looking at my monthly bill, I don't feel I'm getting my money's worth of $220. I wish my users utilized it more, but they lack the time for all the importing. I'd like the option to downgrade users. For instance, my onsite doesn't use this at all and just makes phone calls.
