When it came to technical needs and installations, a team member, whose name I can't recall, was extremely efficient, working on my machine professionally and making the process much simpler than I expected. Gofrugal makes me feel comfortable, even when I'm at work. It's everything I've ever needed in a software. Even when I felt like I was being bothersome, the team remained patient and supportive. Gofrugal is extensive and I believe it will help me achieve great things and open opportunities for various businesses. It's compatible with almost every type of business. I can confidently say that Gofrugal is quick, adaptable, and caters to almost all business needs. The team I work with is doing an excellent job.

The product is satisfactory, but I'm disappointed with the service. The reports are user-friendly, but the customer service and support are not prompt. Despite numerous requests, my team hasn't received proper training yet. We still need to use chat for any queries. I chose GoFrugal because the representatives are friendly and the software has many features that make me comfortable using it. I switched to GoFrugal because it's user-friendly and I like its features. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me, and promised to reach out to understand how they can improve.

Good for Restaurants, but - Gofrugal Review
The software is decent for restaurants but not outstanding, with competitors like Mension and Pet Pooja offering similar services. My main issue is the lack of problem solvers, with only Miss Aarthi Kutty and Mr. Rizwan being helpful. I've been misguided by some previous staff. I need hands-on, onsite support rather than having to email or chat for backend help. If there's a team in Mumbai, I'd appreciate someone coming to the restaurant. Sometimes, I seriously consider switching to Mension.

I find the software, gofrugal, easy to use. The Godelight team was instrumental in its implementation and they are a reliable partner for gofrugal. They keep abreast with the software updates and changes made by gofrugal daily. There are a few features not currently available, but these can be customized and a feature request can be made for them. I chose GoFrugal because I was satisfied with the assurance given by Godelight about the product. I switched to GoFrugal for new opportunities. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness to my feedback and their commitment to prioritizing my issues.

As someone with limited knowledge about software, bill printers, and barcode printers, I appreciate the support team at gofrugal. They are quick to respond and often provide fast solutions, which is beneficial for my business. However, I'm not satisfied with their post-purchase customer service. When I encounter minor issues with the bill print, which they could easily resolve, they direct me to a hardware specialist instead. This is frustrating since they were the ones who initially installed everything. I've looked into other software services like billbook, vyapar, and merc, and they seem to offer better service. Moreover, gofrugal doesn't solicit feedback after training sessions, and the trainer often seems rushed, leading to insufficient training. They also don't offer a WhatsApp service.
