I believe that gofrugal is the best product for managing all aspects of my retail business. The software provides detailed billing to balance sheet support and is consistently updated to meet the best industry standards. However, I feel a report designer should be added to the product to allow us to design reports in the format required by customers. I chose GoFrugal because it offers software updates up to the best industry standards with mobility options and 24/7 access to self-help videos. This means I don't have to rely on any individual person for support. Despite numerous requests, my team hasn't received proper training yet. We still need to use chat for any queries.
