I have explored various alternatives to Zoho and found three that stand out: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hubspot, and Quickbooks.
HubSpot
Hubspot is another excellent alternative to Zoho. It's an all-in-one inbound marketing, sales, and service platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. For instance, a business can use Hubspot's marketing tools to create targeted email campaigns or social media posts to attract potential customers. Then they can use the sales tools to track these leads and convert them into customers. Finally, they can use the service tools to provide excellent customer service and turn these customers into promoters of their brand.
QuickBooks
Quickbooks is a bit different from the other two as it's primarily an accounting software. However, it does offer some CRM-like features that make it a viable alternative to Zoho for small businesses. For example, Quickbooks allows businesses to track their income and expenses, send invoices and accept payments, run reports, and even track inventory. All these features are integrated into one platform, making it easier for businesses to manage their finances.

What are the differences between QuickBooks and Zoho?
From my experience, Zoho and QuickBooks are both excellent accounting software options but they do have some key differences. QuickBooks is renowned for its comprehensive features and robust functionalities such as payroll services, inventory tracking, and tax filing. It's ideal for small to medium-sized businesses that require in-depth financial tracking and reporting.
Zoho Books, For its part, is part of a larger suite of business applications offered by Zoho Corporation. It's user-friendly with a clean interface and offers strong automation capabilities, making it easy to manage invoices, expenses, and sales orders. It also provides seamless integration with other Zoho apps which can be beneficial for businesses already using Zoho's suite of products.
However, when it comes to pricing, Zoho Books is generally more affordable than QuickBooks. But the decision between the two would largely depend on the specific needs and budget of your business.

I wish I had received proper advice,...
It is quite disastrous in many aspects, at least for distribution companies and especially with food products. The cost of customization is enormous. The B2B side is deeply dysfunctional. The accounting is very basic, far from being a good accounting program. The marketing tools are very limited. Creating order forms, delivery notes and invoices adapted to the corporate image is so expensive that you don’t pay with money anymore, but with unicorn blood,... In short, it’s an ERP packed with good intentions, but it struggles to make them a reality for many businesses, especially medium-sized ones that are neither small enough to use Odoo as installed, nor large enough to have a developer on their team. I don’t know what future it has globally, but what I do know is that in my two companies it has no future,... once it is depreciated, it’s out of my house!

"I have been using Google Workspace daily for several months and the experience has been overall very satisfactory.
