During a three-way call, they discovered that my apartments were not in the same location, even though I had provided this information on their forms. Instead of turning me away, they assured me that they would find a solution, even though they had a no-refund policy. They initially quoted me a price of 18€ for 4 apartments (7 units in total), which was slightly over my budget. However, they were flexible and agreed to lower the price to 1€. Yes, I ended up paying 15€ more per month, but I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my needs. As I started to think about other potential issues, I asked more questions. They were patient and explained that the misunderstanding was due to the information I had provided. After a couple of days of silence, I was pleasantly surprised when a representative called me. This showed me that they were committed to resolving the issue and valued my business. Overall, my experience with Hotelogix was a learning curve. It taught me the importance of clear communication and patience. Despite the initial hiccups, I appreciate their dedication to finding a solution and their willingness to negotiate on the price. I'm looking forward to seeing how our partnership evolves.

The only downside is that entering a full coach day after day for tours is time-consuming, but the company is working on a solution. Although it has some good features and connects to most OTAs, it takes a long time to set up. The support is slow, particularly on weekends, and resolving any issue can take days. I once missed a payment while I was away and without any warning, my account was blocked. Despite explaining my situation to everyone at Hotelogix, I was left without access to my system for two days, forcing my staff to run the hotel without any guidance. They seemed indifferent to the fact that my staff couldn't access the system and ignored my emails and Skype messages. There are better, cheaper systems available. They never acknowledge their mistakes and my breakfast rate is often inconsistent without any explanation. They also charge for connecting to TripAdvisor, which no other service does. I was promised a lot when I signed up, but in reality, I received only half of what was promised.
