Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Lodgify. The sales team was very helpful in answering all my questions and the tech team has been very responsive to my requests, both before and after subscribing. I am particularly pleased with being able to directly communicate with knowledgeable tech staff, which is quite rare these days. The software meets all my current needs and offers additional functionalities for when I am ready to expand. Creating listings and setting various attributes is very intuitive. The software also offers out-of-the-box integration with major channels like Airbnb and VRBO, and allows for custom automated messages and scheduling. I appreciate the granular pricing model, which charges based on the exact number of properties, and the absence of a setup fee. There was a minor technical issue with localization tags not being rendered in the admin interface, but this was usually fixed with a refresh. The tech team reassured me that this would not impact potential guests as the tags were rendered on the server for bookings.

Opting for Lodgify over other Property Management Software
We selected Lodgify as our property management software based on great reviews and so far, we're not disappointed. Our onboarding specialist, Sara Marzorati, guided us through the entire process with utmost dedication and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Despite having no previous experience in website building and design, we found Lodgify's web builder user-friendly and the outcome was an impressive design. What really stands out is their customer service, they've been incredibly responsive in resolving initial issues with external OTA syncing.

As a Lodgify user, I find the booking engine and channel manager extremely useful for managing my property reservations. I value the ability to synchronize all my properties under Lodgify. I believe supporting the LITE program is key for a long-term partnership with Lodgify. I chose Lodgify because it lets me showcase my business across the platform without significant losses. I appreciate the flexibility to adjust my product facilities based on feedback from my startup solution, providing me with the confidence and security I need for my business. Despite the 3.9% fee, I consider the LITE program a reasonable entry point. I wish Lodgify would let me feature my own domains, allowing me to invest in marketing and promoting my chosen domains. I also suggest that Lodgify offer initial technical support, even if just for limited hours, along with a payment gateway.
