Unleashing Underutilized Email Marketing Features with Mailmodo

Overall, I had a positive experience with Mailmodo. I needed to reach out to their customer support twice for assistance with their API and general webhooks. Once we figured out how to include personalisation fields, it worked well and I appreciated their support. The ability to embed forms and calendars, and link the email sequence to other 3rd party tools, is extremely valuable. However, the user flow through the software requires some learning and isn't as intuitive as it could be. I believe with a bit more investment into tracking user flows, they could improve the parts that are difficult to understand. I haven't fully transitioned from our standard Email Marketing system, but for any email sequences that benefit from having forms embedded, it's just as easy to personalize the email sequences in Mailmodo. The vendor responded positively, expressing their happiness that I liked their product and offered to set up a demo call for me. They replied in May 2021.

Streamlining Interactive Emails with Ease

I recently started using Mailmodo and I'm impressed by its features. These include an easy way to get authorization to send AMP messages, the ability to create action-based auto-responders with triggers, and integration with ecommerce sites like Shopify. I value its focus on improving conversion rates using AMP emails, a promising new technology. Before AMP emails, only 3% of people who opened regular emails would visit the destination page, often due to slow loading times, cookies, or other distractions. Now, it's easy to deliver a complete experience, even selling and receiving payment in a quick, convenient, and secure way within the same email reader. However, I think AMP technology still needs further development, especially in terms of user load capacity on the email server and more two-way interactions like polls and live moderated comments. The vendor responded positively and promised to keep me updated on new features.

The software is user-friendly, featuring a drag and drop builder, numerous widgets, and templates. It makes segmentation and journey creation easier. However, I find the user tracking, especially for submissions, a bit challenging.

Smooth and Amazing AMP Email Platform: Mailmodo

I believe that Mailmodo is the best AMP email solution out there, allowing us to send interactive emails directly to the user. I really like the platform's UI and UX. Mailmodo has a pay-as-you-go plan and it's easy to create email templates. However, segment creation is not as simple as it seems, and campaigns can only be scheduled a week in advance. I think there's still room for improvement, especially in terms of gamification.
