I've been using Orderhive software and I must say, it's a pretty solid platform! Since being acquired by Cin7, there's been a noticeable shift in their customer service approach. It's a unique experience as they encourage self-sufficiency, guiding you to liaise directly with the platforms they integrate with. This can be a great learning curve for those who enjoy a hands-on approach. Their chat feature is always available, and they have a knack for making you feel independent and capable. Their email responses may take a few days, but it's clear they take the time to provide thoughtful, comprehensive replies. It's a refreshing change to feel empowered as a user. I would definitely recommend giving this software a try!

Proceed with Caution: The Orderhive Experience
Two weeks ago, I contacted our initial sales representative to terminate our project with Orderhive. The CEO replied, confirming my suspicion that they had utilized our funds to enhance their own SaaS solution. They are now declining to give us a refund, which is a minor portion of what we've invested in terms of time and wages on this project. Despite their explicit refund policy, it appears to only be applicable when a product is actually delivered. While Orderhive's standard SaaS solution might be satisfactory, I would advise anyone considering their "Plus"/"Enterprise" solution to be cautious. If you decide to proceed, demand a personalized, detailed scope of work and progress payments upon the delivery of each feature. Around 18 months ago, I started discussions with Orderhive to manage a significant portion of our ecommerce business. The prospect of a customizable Plus (now Enterprise) solution led me to select them. After six months of due diligence, I comprehended the software's features and what we required to be customized. Exceptional Support and Sleek Interface with Orderhive
My experience with Orderhive has been extremely positive and I highly recommend it. The personalized support I received was outstanding and greatly helped me get started on this new platform. I appreciate the simplicity of the app, as I found Skubana, which I used before, to be complex and less visually attractive. Even though the report I needed wasn't initially available, Orderhive went the extra mile to create a custom report for me. I chose Orderhive over Skubana because the latter was too costly and complicated for a business of our size. Orderhive was more affordable than all other options and seemed easier to use right from the beginning.
