I took this as an opportunity to engage with the community and shared my thoughts about the pricing compared to Deputy, which charges £12 per month. To my surprise, I received a direct message from the CEO of Zenmaid. It was a unique experience to have a direct line of communication with the head of the company. I would recommend giving this app a try, as it could be a game-changer for your business.

However, I wish there was a feature that allows everyone on the team to see if someone has already activated the "on the way" button to prevent duplication. I would also appreciate the ability to upload photos of found or damaged items from the employees' phones, and the ability to upload checklists that employees need to complete before clocking out to minimize paperwork. I switched to Zenmaid because of its ease of use and sleek design.
