Top-tier Accounting Solution in the Industry!
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise has resolved nearly all of my company's accounting issues, including budgeting, bill payments, reporting, and tax preparation. I particularly value the budgeting module, which lets me monitor my income and expenses and offers a comprehensive overview of my company's performance. I also appreciate the software's ability to integrate with other vendors' software. The pricing is excellent, particularly for small and emerging businesses, and it's very user-friendly. I haven't encountered any crashes, bugs, or hang-ups so far. However, the software does lack some modern business features like barcoding and lot tracking. I'm also not a fan of the limit on the number of users. I wish it had the capability to generate other types of reports, not just accounting ones. While it's great for small businesses like mine, it becomes difficult to use as the business expands. I chose QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise because it was affordable and suited the size of my company.

Latest QB Desktop Enterprise Update (12/223) Review
The latest update (12/223) to the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise app is terrible. They've removed the invoice categories and the date the invoice was sent from the viewing screen. Now, I have to open each invoice individually to confirm the date sent. Adding a payment is also a hassle as I need to open more options on each invoice to find this feature. They've made the most trivial options viewable but not the important ones. They've also removed the option to use the old version and instead, I'm being charged $3 to use it without any say in the product. I manage over 2 companies using the Enterprise desktop version and the constant mandatory updates, user lockouts, and issues with desktop outlook are frustrating. Their top-tier support doesn't have any solutions either. It's really upsetting to feel so dependent on a tech company.
