This keeps the quotes fair and comparable. The software also enables me to track all routine maintenance items that might occur in a year of operation at a condominium online. This feature helps my employees to implement an annual plan, reminding them to get estimates for seasonal items, thus managing upcoming projects in an organized manner. The most valuable feature of VendorPM is its ability to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors. It allows me to procure estimates in bulk, streamlining the process and ensuring contractors adhere to market rates due to high competition. However, the software lacks a feature to sync with my Outlook calendars, which would be useful for viewing reminders.
