My experience with Workspace-One has been positive. It ensures the security of all our devices and provides reports on non-compliant ones. I can conveniently disable or wipe missing phones, meeting all our needs. It's easy to administer and configure, with ample setup documentation. It allows us to manage and secure our mobile devices effortlessly, and push out updates, software, and wireless access. The enrollment process has significantly improved, enabling easy user self-service. I found it relatively simple to configure to connect to our AD system and other functionalities, although it might be slightly challenging for a beginner.

Depending on the complexity of an organization's IT infrastructure, it may be challenging to set up and configure. The cost of Workspace ONE may be prohibitive for some organizations, especially smaller ones.

Luckily, we were already partnered with VMWare when Covid lockdowns started, which allowed us to shift over 3000 employees to remote work in less than 45 days. The cost is steep, but the quality matches the price. VMWare offers efficiency and user-friendliness, though it seems like there could be a more cost-effective alternative out there.
