As a user and administrator, I've had a positive experience with Duo and would recommend it to organizations looking for reliable and secure logins. Its multifactor authentication has been effective in ensuring secure sign-ins to our networks. The Duo admin role is easy for our techs to learn and user setup is quick. The device and user management for sign-ins allows us to manage authentication more effectively. However, we've had issues with the admin role being inaccessible during updates or outages, and the timer for accepting pushes doesn't always sync correctly. We chose Duo Security over Microsoft Authenticator because it was more affordable and performed better in our tests of authentication apps.
