I am using MyHub for a customer forum. It provides the features and flexibility I need at a reasonable cost. The customer service is excellent, helping me throughout the setup process and understanding the site's capabilities. The price is fair for the level of customization offered, though there are some limitations. The site can be somewhat clunky and slow.

Affordable and Effective Solution with MyHub
I find MyHub to be excellent and very user-friendly, while still maintaining a professional appearance. The MyHub team was extremely responsive and helpful. The software was simple to design and offered a lot of flexibility in terms of how I wanted to display information, without needing advanced web development skills. I was managing a project that required collaboration across multiple organizations and MyHub provided the ideal platform for this. The support from the provider was always prompt and responsive. I believe this is a cost-effective tool for sharing information. However, I feel the forum feature could be enhanced, perhaps to resemble a social media layout. I chose MyHub because it doesn't charge per user, it's cost-effective, it can host eLearning modules as web-based versions for users to complete, and it has a superior layout that resembles a website, thus requiring less training and support for our users.
