I'm especially impressed by its ability to direct incoming emails to the right person, helping us keep our shared inbox tidy and allowing us to oversee and assist with our colleagues' email flow. The option to add comments in the memo field is also useful for reminding us of key details or updating our team. Hiver also lets us work with shared mailboxes, prioritize key tasks, and close out completed tasks. I've had a hard time finding any downsides to this tool as it offers all the crucial features I need for managing my emails and supervising our team's email flow. However, I did notice a potential bug where emails marked as "pending" don't automatically open when they receive a reply.
