    Yesware is the best email tracking software I've come across, with a reasonable price tag. Email tracking is vital for us, and while most CRMs provide this feature, they fail to specify who opened the email when sent to multiple recipients. This was a source of frustration, leading us to switch to Yesware. It not only informs us who opened the email, when, where, and on what device, but also gives detailed data like if/when an attachment was opened, how many times, and even the duration of viewing. After a generous 30-day free trial, we were convinced. Yesware also provides real-time popup notifications, keeping me informed when an email is opened, no matter what I'm doing on my computer. The cost is reasonable and definitely worth it. It takes some time for the system to recognize identities, but after a few emails, it can specifically tell me who opened my email, such as "Customer service opened your email" instead of being vague.
