Middle-of-the-Road Experience with Yesware
I appreciate the ability to see when someone opens my email with Yesware. The most effective tracking method is by sending an email to one person at a time, as sending to multiple recipients often results in a generic "someone" opened your email notification, rather than a specific name. Unfortunately, I can't always see what device they opened it on and there are no notifications for opens unless I'm at my computer, since there's no mobile application. I like the concept of the mail-merge feature, but it's frustrating when I lose all my work if my sensitive mouse swipes back while creating a campaign. There's no auto-save or protection, so I always have to build my campaigns in a place where I won't lose my work.

Boosting Sales with Superior Email Tool: Yesware
I appreciated Yesware's mailmerge and templates for their simplicity and functionality, as well as the read receipts and reminders. However, I now see better and cheaper alternatives like Vocus.io, offering the same features and more at almost half the price. Despite my positive experience with Yesware, I don't envision myself using it given the more advanced options available.
