Terrible Experience! Hiver Extension Disrupted Client Communications
I was initially thrilled to use Hiver, given its promising features. However, it ended up stalling our operations for over a week, leading to a substantial loss in our business. Throughout this ordeal, Hiver's team was dismissive and unapologetic, ignoring our repeated pleas for support. Despite being impressed by Hiver's intuitive design, canned response feature, and mobile app, I started suspecting that our clients were not consistently receiving our emails after installing the tool. I contacted Hiver multiple times over a few days but got no response. This problem coincided with a period of significant and positive press coverage for us, yet we didn't acquire a single new client for 10 days, a time when we would typically gain 10-15 new clients. Despite Hiver's insistence that their tool doesn't affect email sending functionality, I noticed that my communications with clients returned to normal as soon as I uninstalled Hiver.

Efficient Email Coordination with Hiver
Hiver is an excellent email management tool that I utilize for managing emails and delegating tasks within my team. It simplifies the process of monitoring team tasks and workload. I can track and evaluate work performance using its filter feature. It enables me to include team members in a group to aid others, such as making an email to a specific address visible to all members. However, I've encountered problems where a ticket assigned to me was closed by another team member without my consent. This should only occur with a Team Lead or manager and should only be closed once I assign it to them.

Where Have You Been All My Life, Hiver?
I am highly impressed with the onboarding process of Hiver Gmail Extension. They consistently provided follow-ups even after we were all fully onboarded and using the software. Hiver effectively segregates Google Group emails into separate tabs in my inbox, keeping them organized and separate from my regular emails. I can easily delegate incoming emails to different users within the group, and we can exchange emails, add comments, tags, and even transfer them to another group. I have no complaints about Hiver's functionality - it seems they've thought of everything. They are currently working on improving their SF functionality, which I am eagerly looking forward to.
