Excellent Tool for Streamlining Project Management

After only a few days of using Paymo, I already feel more in control of my workload. Everything is consolidated in one place, with notes and tasks linked to each project. Although it's still early, I'm confident this tool will aid in growing my business and managing every job. The support responses are prompt and the navigation is straightforward. However, it would be advantageous if all features were available on mobile/iPad, or if I could log in through a browser on mobile. I selected Paymo for its invoicing/estimates and its capability to track the apps I'm using.

Comprehensive Tool for Work Management, Project Tracking and Invoicing

Firstly, I found Paymo easy to start using. I needed a tool to track my time and tasks for the projects I work on, and also to invoice my clients. Some invoices needed to be sent out regularly, so I required that feature. I also discovered that Paymo has an API to import my current clients and projects. I was previously using another software, but it hadn't released any new features in years and the support was non-existent. So, I searched for another software to help me organize my work and tested many options. Paymo was perfect for what I needed and the support service was always available. Since I started using the software, new features have been released. However, I found it difficult to understand how the recurring invoices work, so I had to read some help documents. I believe the general usability is good, but some features could be made easier to use. I switched to Paymo because PayPanther, which I was using before, started focusing only.

Our Essential Business Tool

I have been using Paymo for over 5 years and have noticed significant improvements and new features over time. This affordable, feature-rich tool perfectly meets my company's needs. It's intuitive and easy to use. Features like the timer, invoicing using the timesheet, team scheduling, and sending estimates have greatly benefited my business, helping us save and earn money. The timer is the best feature, allowing us to easily time our work and bill our clients. However, it lacks a client portal where clients can view all information about their project and invoices. I chose Paymo because of the always-visible timer and invoicing with timesheet capabilities. The vendor responded to my feedback, clarifying that the current client portal allows clients to view their invoices and that they are working on improving the client portal to allow clients to see project progress.

Paymo: Growing, Evolving, and Expanding with Our Business Needs

I absolutely adore everything about Paymo! It's not just a time tracking tool, it also manages projects, clients, invoicing, estimation, integrates with Zapier, schedules, assigns team tasks and so much more. The time tracking feature is flawlessly integrated into our designer workflow, allowing us to calculate the actual time spent on a job. This helps our clients understand where their money is being spent and allows us to identify areas where we need to increase project costs, usually with customer correspondence. We've been using Paymo for over 10 years and were slightly disappointed when they started charging for features like Gantt Charts. We've always appreciated the comprehensive service Paymo offers, so it was a bit of a setback when certain features were put behind a paywall. We chose Paymo because it excels in time tracking and project management. We've added Slack and Trello to our toolkit, but Paymo remains the most cost-effective way to manage our day-to-day operations.

This software is outstanding, offering a timer option for time tracking, clear task assignments, project and billing management, and precise delivery times for our projects. It also allows us to share files, documents, and notes, and provides online assistance. So far, we haven't found any feature that we dislike within our company.

Effortless and Exceptional: Paymo

I think Paymo is fantastic. I've tested numerous other software, but none are as simple to use as this one. I truly adore it. It's user-friendly and the time tracking feature is extremely beneficial for all employees. I also like the way projects are organized. However, I'm uncertain how it would operate if we established numerous projects. I switched to Paymo because it's easy to use for all roles.
