01 Is Teamwork any Good? My expert Review
As a teamwork expert, I have had the chance to do a deep dive into Teamwork as a project management tool. As I mentioned above, I have used Teamwork in many ways and consider it a simple and effective way to manage many projects at once. When I was consulting with a mid-sized marketing agency, the project management team effortlessly tracked progress across a number of client campaigns using the Teamwork dashboard, which was easy to read and engaging.
I was particularly impressed with how simple it was to customize the platform to meet their business needs. For example, in my work with a software development company, we were able to tailor the workflows and task views in Teamwork to mirror their agile process. This enhanced the collaboration and productivity of the team.
While I found the platform really easy to use, I did notice a few limitations during my review of the platform. During one review involving a construction company who managed complicated projects with demonstrated tasks and dependencies, I noticed that the platform experienced noticeable performance lag. Although the lag was temporary, it often limited the company's productivity and frustrated the team members who needed to be reliant on project updates being in real-time.
In addition to the performance issues, although I found customer support to be responsive and efficient in fixing little issues, there were times when bigger issues took longer to be resolved. For example, a peak hour unexpected downtime limited the workflow of an event planning team I was supporting, so that could have been communicated better to the user.
All in all, even with these limitations, I would still very strongly recommend Teamwork to an organization looking for an inexpensive, easy-to-use project management platform. The benefits of a customizable and easy to use project management platform, outweigh a few temporary limitations, and the overall capabilities and productivity it brings to organizations in a variety of industries looking to improve collaboration.

Babra Sinning's Terrible Teamwork Experience!!!
I had an absolutely chaotic experience with Teamwork. The staff was extremely rude and unkind to me and my disabled husband. I got food poisoning from the raw food served to me. The excessive sugar in my tea led to me developing type 2 diabetes. I am definitely not going to use this service again. I believe they should feel ashamed. - Babra Sinnings

I'm noticing that the software, Teamwork, is becoming increasingly slow. I'm not sure if this is due to the diversification of US-based companies or AWS. It has the worst API and front-end I've seen in a long time, with an overwhelming amount of HTML elements.

Top-tier PM Software for Tailored Projects: Teamwork
I've discovered that Teamwork is the best project management solution for my tailored services. As a Private Investigation firm owner, I've tried numerous options before choosing Teamwork. It allows me to customize it to suit my unique needs. I especially value the feature that lets me add my clients as "Client Users", allowing them to message me, comment on each completed task, and stay updated on the project. I can set up email notifications for my clients after each task completion, which is very convenient. Setting up Teamwork does require some time, and I expect to continuously adjust settings for each investigation. The project templates could be easier to set up and view, but once done, it's undoubtedly the most effective and useful project management solution for my business.
