Like Hiring a Virtual Assistant at a Fraction of the Price!
I've had a very positive experience with Post Planner and would rate their customer service ten stars if I could. Managing multiple social media platforms was challenging, so I outsourced it, but it became expensive. I decided to handle it in-house and found Post Planner to be the perfect solution. I appreciate being able to curate content that suits my audience and easily schedule posts weeks in advance, freeing up time to focus on other aspects of my business. I would love to see a "food" category for popular food-related content, and a "travel" category would also be fantastic. I chose Post Planner for its ease of use, affordability, and because I've used and loved it before. I switched to Post Planner because I wanted a wider variety of content to share - while CS only brought in my own content, Post Planner does that too!

Better Alternatives Available - Superior Service and Pricing
I used Post Planner for 14 months following a recommendation from Kim Garst, who I later discovered has a vested interest in the company. Despite suffering from poor performance and unhelpful customer service, I persisted with the service until I finally decided to switch to a more reliable alternative. I found Post Planner to be unreliable and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Although it was easy to add an account, it didn't ensure that it would work properly. I encountered problems with posts not being published on time or at all, and I was upgraded without my consent to a plan that was three times more expensive than my original one. When I complained, the vendor claimed that I was never charged for an upgrade I didn't agree to and that they had given me the next level plan at no extra cost. They also claimed that they had no record of me reporting any issues with the app. Despite their promises to improve the service, I have no plans to return to Post Planner.
