Despite this unforeseen circumstance, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up email from a representative named Kenny. He expressed his disappointment about my absence, which clearly showed how much they value each potential client's time and interest. He even mentioned that he had a feeling I might not be able to attend, which demonstrated his intuitive nature. Kenny also informed me that he would add me to their 'do not contact' list, which I appreciated as it showed respect for my current situation. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and I am looking forward to rescheduling the demo and potentially doing business with this company. I am also considering recommending them to our clients due to their evident commitment to customer service.
