As a user, I find the CRM of Teamleader ideal for small teams. It's quick to set up and offers all necessary functionalities like planning, invoicing, etc. through its various modules. I appreciate its integrations that simplify daily use. Overall, it's a simple yet effective CRM tool that provides more than just basic sales functionality. However, despite its popularity, it sometimes feels like a beginner's CRUD application. The various modules can make it feel a bit crowded and it seems to suffer from 'featurism'. When I shared my feedback, the vendor explained that Teamleader is designed to handle the entire workflow, which might feel crowded to some, but works for 95% of their users. They assured me that they never add unnecessary features. They also believe that Teamleader looks better than most of the competition, but they are working on a makeover to improve the functional design.

I find Teamleader extremely beneficial as it provides all the necessary data analytics for our decision-making. Its purchasing and invoicing methods are clear and intuitive, and I'm particularly impressed with the CRM functionality. However, I must admit we're not using Teamleader to its full potential, but we have no complaints so far. We chose Teamleader partly due to their continuous innovation, which gives us confidence in their service. Empowering Asset: Teamleader

The more I utilize Team Leader, the more I value it. It's a fantastic tool for monitoring sales across the pipeline, which I strongly endorse. The software is all-encompassing, enabling me to flexibly search the database for deals, companies, and contacts. With the Chrome widget, I can track any email I send, offering a comprehensive tracking of client accounts. The task setting and reminders are also effective, ensuring I consistently follow up with clients. However, some of the saving functions could be more intuitive. Once I understood it, it functioned flawlessly. I also believe it would be advantageous if they developed widgets for browsers other than Chrome. The vendor responded positively to my review, expressing their delight that Teamleader is providing more value for me each day.
