My only gripe is the subpar connection with my emails - I use Office 365 Outlook and the connection process is less than ideal, though feasible. Excellent Value and Customization Flexibility with Vtiger CRM
I found that vtiger-crm significantly enhanced our operations, despite some issues taking a long time to develop. I valued the software's modularity, which allowed me to combine modules as needed, facilitating the creation of numerous workflows for different teams to collaborate on a centralized, highly customized build. The software provided a lot of freedom, but some key functionalities were missing from certain modules and some had 'standard' settings that couldn't be bypassed. For example, the Mailroom module could only update certain types of records and couldn't update contacts. Likewise, the quote module only functioned once our inventory was in vtiger, limiting customization. I chose Vtiger CRM due to a peer recommendation, its versatility, low cost, and wide range of options.
