BlueInk: High-Quality and Affordable Document Signing Solution
I switched to BlueInk last year because of poor customer service from another leading company. I've been very satisfied with the change. BlueInk is user-friendly and was almost half the price of my previous document signing platform. Their customer service has always been very responsive and helpful. BlueInk is easy to use and helps me collect documents from my employees and business partners. Ideally, I would prefer to use word documents on BlueInk instead of PDFs for easier editing. I chose BlueInk for its price and ease of use for my employees and job seekers, many of whom struggled with using Adobe on their phones and couldn't return documents to us. I switched to BlueInk because of its cost and customer service. I appreciate the vendor's response to my review in November 2023.

5-6 Months of Daily BlueInk Usage
In my experience, invoices get returned signed more quickly when using the text option rather than email in BlueInk. If clients can access their email, it seems to be more user-friendly. The feature I value the most is the ability to send it to a mobile phone, which is especially beneficial for clients who are always on the go or have difficulty receiving emails, as they can receive and sign instantly. However, I encountered a problem where the template we used couldn't communicate with our system, so we had to hire an expert to fix it. I would recommend offering multiple template options. Another issue is the inability to edit a bundle after it's been sent without duplicating the bundle, resending it, and then deleting the old one. I chose BlueInk because of its price, positive reviews, and features. I switched to BlueInk because the previous software was too expensive and started to slow down and produce errors after sending many documents. It also took too long to load. I appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback.
