Dumb Tax Reimbursed!
In my extremely sleep-deprived state, I didn't realize that Incuvet.co.uk, The Incubator Shop, and TMM Direct were all the same company. Trying to save money, I missed that Incuvet's prices were exclusive of VAT and ended up ordering from both sites, thus paying two expedited delivery charges, which I jokingly refer to as a stupid tax. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that one delivery charge was refunded on my statement, even though I hadn't requested it. This was a testament to their impressive customer service. The items arrived the next working day in perfect condition. The TLC incubator I urgently needed was significantly cheaper than on Brinsea. I also appreciated the sweet treats included in my order. Thank you!

My overall experience with the Accubate team has been rewarding and impactful from an organizational standpoint. I valued their excellent service and support, the ability to customize according to needs, and their proactive team. Their overall feature offerings were also commendable. However, I think there's room for improvement in the UI/UX and ease of use and navigation for different stakeholders. I also recommend reducing the overall feature offerings. I chose Accubate because their overall product offering surpassed the competition. Some of the highlights for me were the ability to customize the requirement, superior support, and a greater number of feature options. I switched to Accubate for several reasons. Firstly, they offered better service and support. Secondly, the overall quality of their features was superior. Thirdly, they provided options to customize. Lastly, they were better suited for my organization's requirements.
