  Falling Short on Our Needs

  The implementation of SALESmanago software was satisfactory and its features are decent, but I'm facing problems with email formatting, which is vital for our marketing. Despite reporting this, it seems no significant action is being taken to fix the issue. Also, the web analytics are not working correctly and despite reporting this problem too, there's been no resolution. I feel they lack adequate technical support and after being a customer for a year, I'm actively looking for other options. The software has a comprehensive set of features and could potentially be a powerful marketing tool, but it requires better technical support. The training material is also not always easy to comprehend. Anastasia Chaykina, the Education Manager at SALESmanago, responded to me, apologized for the dissatisfaction, and promised to contact me to find a solution. She mentioned that they've made significant improvements in their educational materials and have launched free technical life-meetings for clients.
