01 What is Shiprocket?
Shiprocket is India's largest eCommerce enablement platform, providing a comprehensive customer experience platform for digital retailers. It offers an operating system for direct commerce, including shipping, fulfillment, customer communication, and marketing tools. The platform caters to SMEs, D2C retailers, and social commerce retailers in India, offering shipping solutions across India and internationally with 17+ courier partners. Launched in 2017, Shiprocket aims to create a seamless logistics data platform connecting retailers, carriers, and consumers both nationally and internationally. It provides a technology stack that allows retailers to integrate their shopping websites with the platform's multi-carrier API to manage orders and shipping labels. It also handles tracking information from multiple providers and manages Cash on Delivery orders and payment reconciliation. Additionally, Shiprocket offers advanced fulfillment solutions with over 45 warehouses across India. The technology stack ensures a robust post-purchase experience for consumers, leading to higher engagement and lower failed deliveries. Currently, Shiprocket supports over 250K sellers who generate a GMV of more than $2.5B annually. The platform delivers packages to over 70M consumers annually and is growing transactions by 2.5-3X year on year.

48hrs Countless? Update - Positive Response & Issue Resolution by Shiprocket.
As an e-commerce company, our reputation heavily relies on our shipping services. I have concerns about four shipments. The first, AWB: 6588257, has not moved since October 1th and customer service only tells me to wait for 48 hours. The second, AWB: 328856636427, was returned to me due to a rude delivery boy who refused to deliver the parcel to the office. I request a refund for the forwarding and RTO. The third, AWB: I16756926, reached its destination hub on October 18th but hasn't moved since. The fourth, AWB: I6736688, had a fake delivery attempt. I've uploaded a screenshot but no action has been taken. I'm frustrated with the long wait times for customer service and the lack of response. The 48-hour response time is too long, especially during the busy festive season. However, on October 27th, Ranvijay from Shiprocket called me to understand the issues and resolved them, which I appreciate.
