I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with Spylead! The software's advertisements and descriptions caught my attention with the promise of finding emails from LinkedIn, Google Maps, and SERP. After redeeming my AppSumo code on their website, I was surprised to find that two of the four sources, specifically Google Maps and Google Search/SERP, were not available. I immediately reached out to their customer service and had a pleasant chat with Martin. He informed me that these features were undergoing maintenance from the 3th and would be temporarily unavailable. Although I was initially confused as to why these services were already unavailable on the 27th of December, I appreciated the proactive approach to ensure the software's optimal performance. Despite the temporary unavailability of some features, I was still charged for the credits. However, I saw this as an opportunity to explore other features of the software. I was not offered a refund, but I didn't mind as I was excited to see what else Spylead had to offer. I was impressed by the transparency of the company. There was no alert or notice on the website about the maintenance, but Martin was quick to explain the situation. I requested a transcript of the live chat to be sent to my email, not for a refund, but to keep a record of the excellent customer service I received. I was pleasantly surprised when Martin, the owner of Spylead, personally reached out to me after our chat. He clarified that I had contacted them on the 27th of December, not on Christmas day. This showed me the level of attention and care they give to their customers. Overall, my experience with Spylead has been a rollercoaster ride, but I am excited to see what the future holds for this software. Despite the minor hiccups, I am confident in the potential of Spylead and look forward to using it more!
