However, I feel it needs more refinement in certain areas, such as adding delivery tracking in Expenses. The requests are too restrictive and should be more adaptable, like allowing file attachments in chats with vendors and offering more flexibility to modify. I also wish it could interact with other platforms like Google Suite and project management software. Additionally, when sending emails to vendors, it would be beneficial to have the ability to send to more than one. I chose Tradogram for its inventory management, cost, and ease of use.

    I've had an exceptional experience with Tradogram's customer service. They respond quickly and direct inquiries to the right department. Tradogram is a cost-effective solution that offers a higher return on investment compared to others, thanks to their attention to detail in resolving issues. I have complete visibility of our spending and the data flow between modules is user-friendly and efficient. I can generate reports within each module and I appreciate the flexibility to edit purchase orders once they've been issued. The dashboard is clear and easy to navigate. I'm also excited about the upcoming smartphone app. However, I wish Tradogram provided basic written instructions for using its modules and understanding the data flow. Despite being a simple software, having instructions would save a lot of time spent on familiarization. I chose Tradogram for its cost-effectiveness and the features it offers to meet our current and future needs.

    My overall experience with Tradogram has been outstanding. It has enhanced the efficiency of our business due to its flexibility and visibility. As a small business with a limited budget, this software fulfills all our requirements and even some of our desires. It's a robust purchasing software designed for buyers who need to monitor their purchases and provide order statuses instantly. The dashboard feature allows for tracking of late and due orders, eliminating the need for expedite reports. The "pending supplier acceptance" status, which requires supplier approval of your purchase order, is a game changer. It ensures that orders are processed and not overlooked. My engineers can input requisitions electronically, simplifying the PO creation process. We use the projects feature for immediate visibility and control over spending. We have tens of thousands of items, and downloading them to CSV to view the data can be challenging. However, all other CSV downloads for other data have been quick and efficient. I chose Tradogram because it's the best software for the cost with the strongest features.
