      With Tradogram, I've established a system in my company that enables me to monitor expenditure on specific jobs or tasks. I value its ability to gather data on all the materials I buy, simplifying data collection for research. This will assist me in identifying potential cost savings over time. What initially drew me to Tradogram was its user-friendly interface and simplicity. The online chat support is outstanding, always approachable, responsive, and capable of resolving 90% of my problems. However, I'm not a fan of the purchase order search function. When I locate and open a specific order, going back takes me to the first page of all orders, not my search results. I selected Tradogram for its user interface, customer support, price, and features. I appreciate the vendor's openness to feedback and am excited about future upgrades.

      Exploring Tradogram: User-Friendly Setup with Room for Improvement

      I appreciate the user-friendly setup of Tradogram, but I'm disappointed that I can't edit requests or add documents once they've been sent. There are also no reporting options unless a request has been awarded. I switched to Tradogram from DeltaBid, which went out of business and didn't offer reporting options. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating that there are many comparison tables and charts available for active requests and they will be adding more editing capabilities to requests soon. They promised to keep me updated. This response was given in January 2020.

The fact that their programmers are in the same building eliminates any time-zone issues when needing support. We are extremely satisfied with Tradogram. Tradogram has streamlined our processes, making them smooth and straightforward. Everyone, from site supervisors and trades to office staff, has been able to use and navigate the system without any issues. Even those who had never used a computer in their job were able to create purchase orders and understand the system within 30 minutes. I am particularly impressed with how easy it is to create a purchase order, the simplicity of the approval process for all parties, and the program's communication through email. The software is customizable, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. We were even able to add a link to a SharePoint folder directly on the software.
