The person who answered my call spoke in a charming rural Hindi dialect, which was a refreshing change from the usual formal customer service language. He attentively listened to my query and then transferred the call to another representative for a more detailed explanation. This person was keen to understand my financial situation and asked about my bank balance. I appreciated their thoroughness, but decided to discuss it later. The website is beautifully designed and has a user-friendly interface, which makes it a breeze to navigate. It left me pondering, is the trust score worth trusting? I would say, absolutely! My overall experience with Cashfree has been extremely positive and I would certainly recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
