Clarity Wave has played a crucial role in positively shaping our organizational identity. We've embraced the principle of 'say it with epic', which we use for recognizing colleagues or proposing workplace improvements. The software provides outstanding and quick personalized support and is highly open to new ideas and feedback. My favorite feature is the acknowledgements section in the Community section, where we can use stickers. This feature has become a routine for all users and has made acknowledgements more specific and meaningful. However, I wish some developments, especially regarding reporting on tailored questions, could be faster. I appreciate the vendor's response to my review, stating they are hiring more developers to speed up improvements. They also recognized that my comments and suggestions have been very beneficial.

However, after beginning to answer surveys about our agency and my colleagues, I started to see the power of employee surveys. The most valuable aspect of this software for me is the personal feedback I receive, anonymously given by my team and coworkers. I now eagerly anticipate answering questions every week. While some questions may not directly apply to our company, the software allows for the creation of custom questions, enabling us to inquire about aspects specific to our unique culture.
