JForma: Simplifying and Enhancing Our Daily Work
My experience with Jforma has been overwhelmingly positive. We've managed to cut down on data entry time, certificate generation and distribution, payment control, and overall management of video lesson courses. The software has some incredibly useful features, such as student self-registration and a "quick send" function for certificates. Recently, we've added the "local Student" module and the "JMEET" application for video lesson management. Everything is very intuitive; once the courses, teachings, and related calendars are set up, the system runs itself. It's a comprehensive program with many functionalities, so it does require careful attention during the initial setup phase and a thorough understanding of some features. But once you grasp the system's logic, everything becomes simpler. The vendor responded to my review in February 2021, expressing their gratitude and delight that Jforma is helping to improve our work.

The product perfectly suits our needs and aids in the effective and efficient management of our daily activities. Its extreme user-friendliness, comprehensive tutorials, and the readily available support team have enabled us to fully utilize all the resources it offers. However, there are certain features that could be further developed or improved, particularly for managing e-learning training activities with asynchronous checks. After thorough market research, we found that this product offers one of the best quality-to-price ratios. We appreciate the feedback and are glad to have the support for our center. We are also excited to hear that new developments are in progress to enhance the need for asynchronous courses. This response was given in May 2022.
