I find mailfloss to be very effective. The customer support is quick and efficient, which gives me confidence in the product. The app works smoothly in the background to maintain my email list once I set up the features. However, I initially lost some good subscribers due to aggressive settings and wished for a preview button to see the emails that would be deleted. The vendor responded to my feedback, apologized for the confusion about the "preview" option, and clarified that it's the first option "Manually decide action on invalid emails". They've added tooltips and more documentation for clarity. They advised me to review the emails before deciding to delete, unsubscribe or ignore them. I appreciated their response and overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

I used to manually handle a very tedious and time-consuming process, but with mailfloss, I've been able to save hours of work every week due to its easy setup and minimal troubleshooting. It even performs better than I did on my own. Whenever I have questions or issues, it's easy to get quick help. I appreciate not having to worry about email deliverability and can focus on the emails I'm sending. I found mailfloss easy to deploy and very effective at cleaning our database. It's also very accurate and constantly improving based on feedback. There are occasional glitches and its accuracy isn't perfect, but I believe that's unattainable for email deliverability anyway. I chose mailfloss because it has automatic integration with Infusionsoft, including different levels and options. We also got a great deal on the monthly payments as we signed up when the company was a startup. I switched to mailfloss because the previous user interface and portal were hard to use and not intuitive.
