Solid ATS with Potential for Growth
I consider Oorwin a good ATS offering value for money. Uploading resumes is easy, the dashboards are excellent, and checking my team's stats is straightforward. However, as a new software, it has some bugs, data fetching errors, and longer loading times compared to other ATS. I believe these issues will be resolved in the future. I switched to Oorwin because other options were too costly.

Unresolved Bugs in Oorwin Software
I find Oorwin reasonably priced, but their customer service response is slow. I've reported issues that haven't been addressed. I appreciate the mass emailing feature and the software's ease of use. It's light and doesn't strain my computer's RAM or processor. However, I've had problems with the email template and the internal database search. When composing mass emails, I often accidentally click on a blank space in the template, which closes the email window. Also, I can't use AND/OR strings in job titles when searching the internal database, I have to use a single keyword instead. Additionally, there's no option to route a candidate's profile to my email or someone else's. I switched to Oorwin because my previous software was too expensive and complicated.
