Accessing Google Account to Enhance Paylocity Experience
I accessed my Google account to add a password and received a warning to change my Paylocity password due to a reported security breach and my information being found on the dark web. I contacted my company but received no response. I am seeking confirmation if this is true and if I should be concerned.

Top-Notch HCM Software Experience with Paylocity!
This is the best HCM software I've used, surpassing others like ADP, Sage Abra, Paychex, and PlanSource. I appreciate its user-friendly nature and ease of learning. However, I do wish it had more functionalities and a simpler report writing tool. I opted for Paylocity as it encompassed all the features and platforms we needed. We transitioned to Paylocity in search of a more user-friendly and updated software platform.

An Utter Software Catastrophe
I find Paylocity to be a functional software, but in my opinion, Gusto is significantly superior and more intuitive. I do appreciate the pay breakdown visualization feature in Paylocity and commend their customer service. It's a feature-rich software and I've heard it's more reasonably priced than Gusto. Plus, it's paperless. However, I find the user interface to be terrible, outdated, and difficult to use. I used to enjoy using Gusto, but now I dread opening Paylocity. It lacks an export feature for the company directory and a company holidays calendar. The time off request input form is extremely confusing and setting up an approval chain is nearly impossible. Navigating the interface is a hassle and it's frustrating that I need to read a help article each time I want to edit a small field. I also don't understand why we need to enter the company ID each time we log in. I switched to Paylocity due to its compatibility with our team in India.

Exploring Paylocity: A Learning Adventure in HR Software
I've been exploring the Paylocity software and it's been quite an adventure! There have been a few hiccups, like the clock in/out feature not working as expected, but it's been a great opportunity for our HR team to demonstrate their problem-solving skills. It's not just me, other colleagues are also getting the chance to experience this. Moreover, there was a minor mix-up with my paycheck at the start of the new year, but it was a unique situation that allowed me to see how the company handles such challenges. It wasn't resolved immediately, but it's clear they're working on it. I'm really getting to know the ins and outs of this company and it's been quite a learning experience!
