Very US-Centric - Wording Issues
I find Workable to be very USA-oriented in its wording and advertising options. Inviting recruiters to jobs is not user-friendly as it only allows one invitation at a time. I also think it would be beneficial to have detailed step-by-step guides for hiring managers and recruiters, as I constantly have to guide them on how to upload a candidate.

Strong ATS with Unique Features, Yet Room for Improvement
I think Workable has a lot of potential and it's the best Applicant Tracking System (ATS) I've used so far. Its user interface and experience are superior to most ATS I've used, and it's highly intuitive. My hiring managers find it easy to use for interviewing and evaluating candidates. The speed of the site and app are impressive, and I appreciate the customization of the careers page. However, the migration and implementation process was a nightmare. I had to import 19,000 files from my previous system into a single Excel document by myself, without any assistance from the Workable team. When I contacted customer service, they only provided half of the solution. I've expressed my concerns but received no interest in improving my experience. The "people search" function is neat, but it only has 4 filters, which leads to information overload. The AI job description creation feature is excellent, but there's no way to adjust the prompt. The self-scheduling link has confused several of my candidates.

I recently signed up for Workable and was thrilled by the unique and intricate user experience it offers. It was like embarking on an exciting journey, exploring the software's many features. The pricing structure was a bit of a puzzle, but it added to the overall intrigue. I received an email from them stating they couldn't post our job ad, which was a bit of a surprise, but I appreciated their transparency. I was so engrossed in the software that I didn't realize I had spent a good 5 minutes on it already!The concept of Workable is absolutely brilliant, and I can see the potential it holds. I believe their product managers and UX designers are doing a commendable job, but there's always room for improvement. It's exciting to think about how much more they can achieve with a few tweaks here and there. I'm giving it a solid four stars for its potential and the fact that it's a Greek company, which adds an exotic touch to it. I'm looking forward to seeing how Workable evolves and improves in the future!

I spent several exciting weeks learning how to use Workable and creating job listings. The software is packed with complex features that were a bit challenging to navigate at first, but I found this to be a great opportunity to expand my skills. My company, not being a consumer-facing brand, didn't initially have a website which Workable required for job postings. This led us to create our own website, an endeavor that took a few weeks but was ultimately rewarding as it added another dimension to our business. Despite our initial difficulties with posting jobs on Workable, their customer service was always there to provide explanations and guidance. They were honest about the limitations they faced, which I appreciated. After leaving a review and suggesting they hire more customer service agents to better assist users, our account was promptly reviewed. My experience with Workable was a learning curve, but it was also a journey of growth. They were responsive to our feedback and quick to take action, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you express any dissatisfaction, they are quick to review your account and take necessary actions. Overall, my experience with Workable was a testament to their dedication to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
