Top-tier ATS and Hiring Solution: Zoho Recruit
I began using Zoho Recruit with a freemium package and have continued to use it. What impresses me about Zoho Recruit is its capability to source and recruit candidates, as well as post jobs to multiple job boards. It's linked to numerous job boards, making it easy to find skilled candidates. As an ATS, it's unique in that it manages all recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing, applications, support and emailing, to interviews and offer letters. Zoho Recruit also has a webform code that can be integrated into any website to capture candidate information, which I incorporated into my WordPress site. My only suggestion would be to simplify the UI as it can be quite complex for first-time ATS users, with all the information hitting the front page at once.

Zoho Recruit uniquely satisfies our recruitment needs, enabling us to customize features and automate processes. It encourages collaboration within the system and simplifies pre-screening candidates with customizable webforms and assessments. It also provides numerous add-ons for processes like e-signing offer letters and background checks. Initially, new ATS users might find the software a bit challenging, but it becomes straightforward over time. They also offer helpful tutorial videos. We chose Zoho Recruit because it's cost-effective and meets our needs as effectively as pricier options. It also provides extensive website and application integration, a mobile app, and a candidate portal for tracking progress.

Excellent Software; Customer Support Needs Enhancement
I am extremely unhappy with Zoho Recruit. I initially thought it would be a cost-effective recruitment solution for my small business, but it has turned out to be a major inconvenience. The training provided is minimal and instead of a comprehensive training manual, I was just given a copy of the demo, which wasn't very helpful. The customer service, based in India, is hard to understand due to heavy accents and they often talk over me or interrupt me. When I called recently, I was put on hold and forced to respond to a survey for a free cruise and an advertisement for a product I wasn't interested in, before being disconnected. Moreover, I wasn't informed that in order to post a job, I needed a matching website domain and email address. I had to pay GoDaddy to transfer my site, buy a new domain name and change my professional email address, which was a huge hassle and unexpected expense. I still can't post my jobs until my new website is launched.
