01 Is JobDiva any Good? My expert Review

In my experience, JobDiva has been a great recruitment software, but more than that it has been a powerful and productive recruiting tool in terms of applicant tracking and workflow. I have found the program to be fairly intuitive and fairly simple to use, especially for new recruiters. Additionally, this makes onboarding new recruiters much easier and we were able to get them on and running very quickly. For example, when I first introduced JobDiva to a recruiting team, even the most technology-intimidated people in the recruiting team were accustomed to the system quickly, making an immediate impact on our hiring processes.

Of all the tools I used that helped to make my experience more productive and happier to use, the Harvester tool was AMAZING. It regularly produced high quality candidate matches for me that saved me from wasting countless hours that just went to cutting and pasting resumes to find the stated candidate requirements. In a nutshell, the automation made it very easy for my team to focus on how to engage candidates and build relationships with them—not have to worry about the other administrative aspects of recruitment.

However, I would be negligent not to mention some of the small painful endurements I experienced as part of the process. For example, the auto-filter process caused some discrepancies in candidate searches at times which lead to requiring some very small changes to the search which translated into some time lost. Also, there were issues at times with the integration with other system; on some occasions there were data integration issues that halted the workflow I was working through.

On the contrary, I was very pleased with how responsive JobDiva's support team generally is. A few times over the past year, when I raise issues, I also added on ideas for improvement—for example, only giving candidates clearer direction for talent searches—the support team always seemed to respond in a constructive manner and made a real effort to get me more practical changes quickly.

In conclusion, my time with JobDiva has been on a number of positive experiences, primarily because of it customization and consistency in innovation. As much as I would like to suggest even more improvements in the technical components; such as almost constant data sync issues from other databases somewhere, and search filtering always more accurate, JobDiva is still a valuable tool that adds productivity and effectiveness to general recruitment process.

    I can't envision carrying out my daily tasks without JobDiva. Its reporting features and the ability to set visibility levels for my team are priceless. They consistently introduce new features and have done an excellent job with it. Having utilized JobDiva for the past 6 years, I can't commend it enough. It automatically logs phone calls, emails, and text messages through its APIs. Occasionally, it malfunctions and we're all left waiting, but this rarely happens and their response is always prompt. I switched to JobDiva due to its cost, superior focus on the VMS/MSP market, and functionality.

    Outstanding ATS Solution for Recruitment

    I consider the JobDiva team to be genuine partners. They are easily accessible and respond quickly. Their knowledge is comprehensive and they are always ready to assist, train, and demonstrate their product. They are the best partner we've had from an ATS. The software is user-friendly and supports multi-tasking. The support team is excellent and we appreciate the sensitive content feature. Onboarding has become much simpler and we can deploy on a large scale. However, the BI function is slow and only allows one BI to be open at a time. We chose JobDiva because its process flow/logic was superior, it provided better onboarding, and a better customer experience. We switched from Akken because they stopped being a partner and their business practices were pushing away the integrators we depended on. We also found Bullhorn to be too costly with a very small ROI. JobDiva wanted to partner from the start and went the extra mile to demonstrate their product and show us how they operate.

    JobDiva initially impressed me with its many features, but I soon found that they either didn't work as promised or didn't work at all. I ended up paying for a database with good reporting mechanisms, which, while useful, wasn't worth the cost. I appreciated the software's great reporting functions and its high customizability, which made it easy to learn and teach to new team members. However, every synchronization was riddled with bugs and rarely ran smoothly. The "harvester" technology just cluttered the database with unwanted resumes, and the synchronization with our job posting boards was unreliable, often crashing and not allowing for same-day postings. Customer service was unhelpful, claiming issues were resolved when they clearly weren't. I also experienced random email failures due to outlook sync issues. It took almost two years of using the service before they developed a decent job portal. The most frustrating part was the customer rep constantly insisting that these features worked well for other companies.
