I had a positive experience with ZipRecruiter. I gave them a detailed description of what we needed and they delivered the right candidates to us. As a manufacturing company, we struggled with finding quality candidates like many others in America. ZipRecruiter saved us time by delivering candidates directly, allowing us to focus on training and production instead of sifting through resumes. My only minor issue was that the free trial wasn't longer. I would definitely recommend ZipRecruiter and would use it again. We chose ZipRecruiter to offload our recruitment work, as we are a manufacturing company, not a recruitment one. We switched to ZipRecruiter to avoid sifting through hundreds of applications and to outsource the work. The vendor responded positively to my feedback, showing their commitment to providing the best service.
