SLIDO: A Remarkable Experience in Every Aspect of Use
I absolutely respect and love Slido. It's my all-time favorite learning resource tool. My experience with it has been nothing short of exceptional, particularly their customer service. The ease of learning made the transition to using Slido simple for me. The QR code is so straightforward that even non-technical users can understand how to launch Slido during training meetings. The variety of polling types allows for real engagement by learners. I also appreciate the ability to download polling results in a PDF format, which adds additional value. Slido integrates easily with PowerPoint, which I find very convenient. Their customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. I feel I need to better utilize the learning resources to become a more efficient user of Slido. I believe that the occasional gaps I experience could be lessened if I took more time to preplan and read the online resources. I switched to Slido because of its ease and flexibility, which was evident the first time I saw it in use. I even asked a colleague.
