Streamtime: A Game Changer for Group D Architects
Streamtime has significantly enhanced our office management. It's incredibly simple to set up and operate. We take advantage of all its features, from quoting to invoicing and task management, and we've begun to produce job reports to inform future projects. However, predicting future revenue could be easier, as the current filter setup can be somewhat complex. It would also be helpful to have more project stages in line with the RIBA Plan of Works, which can be done with labels but can also be a bit complicated. We opted for Streamtime because it's more suited to the design and construction industry, unlike other more generic options that require more setup.

Streamtime Rocks!
My entire experience with Streamtime has been nothing but positive. From the initial introduction and onboarding to the exceptional support and customer service, I have no complaints. I'm a big fan of the 'To Do' approach to timekeeping, it's fantastic and very intuitive. I also appreciate all other aspects of the site. Honestly, there's not much I dislike. However, I do hope that in the future the mobile app can be developed to provide a user experience similar to the desktop version. I switched to Streamtime because I wanted a cloud-based system to avoid ongoing issues with OS compatibility and to enable more efficient remote access.

Streamtime: A Game-Changer for Account Management
I consider Streamtime to be an excellent tool for teams. It's user-friendly and enables us to monitor the entire process from start to finish. Creating new tasks, scheduling team members, and reviewing project timings is effortless. It's also simple to generate quotes and invoices, although it currently lacks some features. For example, it's not possible to divide a quote into separate invoices, which would be handy for setting up a project to be paid 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. I currently have to split each item based on how much it is to be charged. Additionally, the capability to create a project timeline or Gantt Chart and share it with clients directly from Streamtime would be a fantastic addition. We transitioned to Streamtime because we were using two different software and wanted to consolidate into one.

Constantly Evolving Excellence
I have been able to significantly improve our studio booking system using Streamtime software. Its reporting function is incredibly versatile and it's always a pleasure to use. The software's roadmap is impressive and the team is always receptive to feedback for improvements. Our design team also enjoys using it. However, it can occasionally be a bit buggy, which slows things down. I chose Streamtime over other options because it seemed to offer more, including invoicing, team management, timesheets, and reporting. Other options seemed to specialize in specific areas, but we needed a software that could do everything. We switched to Streamtime because our previous system was slow and desktop-based.
